Modify the spell checker dictionary
You can use the
Spell Checker
to save words that are flagged as misspelled but aren't if you don't want the spell checker to flag it in the future. Select Add to Dictionary
to add a new word to the spell checker dictionary when the spell checker identifies a word that's not already in its dictionary.o the following if you'd like to remove a word from the dictionary
- Go toC:\Users\<user ID>\AppData\Roaming\Creative Solutions\ssce\.
- If the AppData folder isn't listed, go to theWindows Control Panel, then select .noteIn some instances, the menu items in theControl Panelmay be hidden andToolsis unavailable. Use theAlt+Tkeys on the keyboard to open it up.
- In thesscefolder, right click on theuserdic.tlxfile then select .
- Find the word you added to the dictionary and delete the line.
- Select to save your change.
