Modify the spell checker dictionary

You can use the
Spell Checker
to save words that are flagged as misspelled but aren't if you don't want the spell checker to flag it in the future. Select
Add to Dictionary
to add a new word to the spell checker dictionary when the spell checker identifies a word that's not already in its dictionary.
o the following if you'd like to remove a word from the dictionary
  1. Go to
    C:\Users\<user ID>\AppData\Roaming\Creative Solutions\ssce\
    .
  2. If the AppData folder isn't listed, go to the
    Windows Control Panel
    , then select
    Tools
    Folder Options
    View
    Show hidden files
    .
    note
    In some instances, the menu items in the
    Control Panel
    may be hidden and
    Tools
    is unavailable. Use the
    Alt+T
    keys on the keyboard to open it up.
  3. In the
    ssce
    folder, right click on the
    userdic.tlx
    file then select
    Open with
    Notepad
    .
  4. Find the word you added to the dictionary and delete the line.
  5. Select
    File
    Save
    to save your change.
