Choose spelling options to control how Practice CS ignores or identifies words in the Comment and Biller Note fields.

You can refine how Practice CS checks spelling in a Comment
or Biller Note
field by selecting spelling options.

From a Comment or Biller Note window, select the Check Spelling
button.

Select the Options
button.

Select the checkboxes for the options that you want to turn on.

The following options are available:

Ignore capitalized words (for example, France)

Ignore all-caps words (for example, GAAP)

Ignore words with numbers (for example, ISO9002)

Ignore words with mixed case (for example, MacDonald)

Ignore domain names (for example, yahoo.com)

Report doubled words (for example, the the)

Case sensitive

Phonetic suggestions

Typographical suggestions

Suggest split words

Select OK

The spelling options are saved and used during spell check.
