Send log files to CS Support

If CS Support asks for information about your application or data, you can email them your log file directly from Practice CS.
If CS Support needs information about your application or data, you can email them your log file directly from Practice CS.
The log file helps Support identify any errors that have occurred in the application.
  1. Go to
    Help
    Email Log Files
    . This opens a new email message with your firm's log file already attached.
  2. Enter the recipient's email address and your message, then send the email.
