Adjust accruable benefits amounts

Adjust the calculated amounts for accruable benefits from the
Benefits
tab in the
Staff
setup screen.
You can make adjustments to the calculated amounts for accruable benefits.
  1. Open the
    Staff
    setup screen.
    Choose
    Setup
    Staff
    .
  2. Select the
    Benefits
    tab.
  3. Select a staff member and select
    Edit
    .
  4. Open the benefit window for the benefit that you want to adjust.
    Select the
    More
    button next to the benefit item.
  5. Enter the sheet date for the adjustment.
    In the
    Sheet Date
    field, enter the sheet date.
  6. Enter the adjustment date.
    In the
    Date
    field, enter the date for the adjustment. The default is the current date.
    note
    The
    Description
    field is populated automatically with
    Manual Adjustment
    , except for adjustments to the
    Comp Time
    benefit, for which the additional choices
    Earned
    and
    Used
    are available.
  7. Enter the adjustment amount.
    In the
    Hours
    field, enter the adjustment as a positive or negative number of hours.
  8. Select
    OK
    to close the benefit window.
    You can use the
    View
    field at the top of the window to filter entries and display all entries, current benefit year entries, or benefit-year-to-date entries.
  9. Select
    Enter
    to save your changes.
The accruable benefit amount is adjusted for the selected staff member.
