Schedule Items in Practice CS are items that can be assigned and scheduled to Staff.
Project
Projects are items that your firm routinely performs, such as tax returns, payroll, and year-end audits. They contain key project information such as date calculations, recurrence patterns, project tasks, budget information, assignments, and future project creation.

- Required Module - Project Management. Projects can't be scheduled without Staff Management.
- Can be Loosely Scheduled - Yes
- Supports Multiple Date Scheduling - Yes
Task
Tasks are individual activities that are performed while working on a project. Tasks are not required, but they can assist your firm in managing staff and budgeting. Each task is identified by an Activity code.

- Required Module - Project Management. Tasks can't be scheduled without Staff Management.
- Can be Loosely Scheduled - Yes
Scheduled phone call
Scheduled Phone Call serves as an appointment to make a phone call at a future time.

- Required Module - Staff Management, Client Management isn't required but if you own Client Management you'll have aCall Nowbutton available.

Scheduled benefit
Scheduled Benefit serves as a routed benefit request form as well as a way to schedule time off for a Staff member.

Meeting
Meeting lets firms to create and schedule meetings from within Practice CS.

To Do is similar to Projects but with less information. They are meant for lighter work items, similar to an Outlook Task.
