Select schedule items to display

To select which schedule items to display in the Manage Staff screen, follow these steps.
  1. Select
    Actions
    then
    Manage Staff
    .
  2. Select the
    Assignments
    ,
    Schedule
    , or
    Schedule Items
    tab.
  3. Select the
    Schedule Items
    subtab.
  4. Select a timeframe from the dropdown list.
  5. Select the
    Down arrow
    button and select a date or date range from the calendar.
  6. Mark one of the following checkboxes to narrow down the list of schedule items:
    • Open only
      : Displays only the schedule items that are not completed, canceled, or past the end date/time
    • Unassigned only
      : Displays only the schedule items that don’t have any staff assigned yet
    • Unscheduled hours only
      : Displays only the schedule items that still have hours that need to be scheduled.
      When all 3 checkboxes are marked, the list includes only open items that are either unassigned or unscheduled.
  7. You can also narrow the list of schedule items by using the
    Search
    and
    Filter
    fields.
