Select staff in Manage Staff screen

Follow these steps to view staff members in the Manage Staff screen.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Manage Staff
    .
  2. Select
    Assignments
    ,
    Schedule
    , or
    Schedule Items
    .
  3. Select
    Select Staff
    .
  4. In the Select Staff dialog, select the staff members you want to view, and select
    Select
    .
  5. Select
    OK
    . The selected staff members now appear in the Manage Staff screen.
  6. To remove a staff member from view, do one of the following:
    • Select
      Select
      , select the staff member’s name in the list, and select
      Remove
      .
    • Right-click the staff member’s calendar in the timeline and select
      Remove Staff
      from the context menu (Schedules and Schedule Items tabs).
    • Select
      Close
      when in Tiles view in the Assignments tab.
