Change the order of the time and expense entry screen
By default, the
Time & Expense Entry
screen sorts in the order of how you entered the transactions. It's possible to sort the screen on ascending or descending order.- Select the header of the column you want to sort the screen.note
- When you select a box header for the 1st time, the screen will sort alphabetically in climbing order.
- When you select that header again, the screen will sort alphabetically in descending order.
- When you select that header for the 3rd time, the screen returns to the order of how you entered the transactions.
- See if an indented triangle appears in the column header. It indicates that it's a sorted screen and whether it is climbing or descending, as follows:
- Ascending: Triangle pointing up
- Descending: Triangle pointing down
- Order entered: No triangle
