Copy the comment field to the next transaction in time and expense entry
In Practice CS Time and Expense Entry, the value in most boxes copies from the previous transaction to the new transaction.

You can turn this off by going to
Setup
, User Preferences
, Time & Expense Entry
, and clearing the box for Auto fill from last entry
.When turned on, the
Comment
and Biller Note
boxes don't copy from the previous transaction. You'll need to copy them separately. Do the following to copy a comment or biller note to the next transaction:- Go to the comment you want to copy then selectCtrl+'while the cursor is in theCommentbox of the new transaction.
- Copy all other boxes the same way.
