Error when removing the approval/posting process for time and expense entry
When turning off the approval/posting process for time and expense entry in firm preferences, you may receive an error if a staff member has a timer running.
When you try to turn off the approval/posting process for time and expense entry in firm preferences, you may get the following error:
Could not update the firm information because there was a problem updating the required Sheet data
.This error occurs because a staff member has a timer running. Before you can turn off the approval process, all staff must stop their timers.
