Signatures Signer Experience on Mobile Devices
This article outlines the full signer experience on a mobile device. The signer can access the document, review documents, sign, decline or delegate signing, and download documents.
Initial Email
- SelectSign Documents.
Authentication
If authentication is turned on, the signer is required to enter an access code or answer a question.
Access Code
- Select theSend Code.
- Enter the access code that was sent to your cell phone or email.
- SelectConfirm.
Question and answer
- Answer the question that appears on the screen.
- SelectContinue.
Sign Document
After the signer passes authentication, or if an authentication method hasn’t been chosen, the signer is directed to the main landing page of the signature process. The signer has 4 options to continue:
- Sign Documents
- Delegate to Someone Else
- Manually Sign
- Decline to Sign
Sign Documents
- Select theStartarrow to go to the 1st signature line.
- Select the green signature block to open theAdd Signaturewindow.
- Continue to selectNextuntil all signature fields are signed.
- Type or draw your signature.
- SelectApply.
Delegate to someone else
- SelectDelegate.
- Enter the new signer's name and email address.
- Enter a reason for changing signing responsibility.
- SelectSendto send an access link to the new signer.
Manually sign
- SelectManually Sign.
- SelectYesin theManual Sign Confirmationwindow.
- Select theDownloadicon to download 1 document at a time.
- Or, selectDownload Allto download all documents available.
- SelectNext.
- SelectUploadin the Action column to upload the manually signed document.
- Optionally, you can selectPrevieworDeleteto preview or delete the file.
- SelectSubmitto confirm the upload of the manually signed document.
Decline to sign
- SelectDecline to Sign.
- Enter a reason for declining.
- SelectDeclineto submit.
