Client Experience: Upload Documents

Use your firm's secure drop-off link to authenticate and upload up to 3GB of documents from any device directly to the correct recipient.
Your firm will provide a drop-off link you can use to securely upload and deliver documents to them. The document transfer is fully encrypted and safe to use.

The maximum amount of data that can be sent via a drop-off link is 3GB.
Documents can be uploaded using a laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
  1. Select the drop-off link provided by the firm.
    • This typically appears in their email signature.
  2. Enter your
    Email
    address.
  3. Enter your
    First Name
    .
  4. Enter your
    Last Name
    .
  5. Select the
    Remember Me
    checkbox to have your email address and name auto-populate the next time you use a drop-off link.
  6. Select the
    Tax Year
    that the documents are associated with.
  7. Ensure the document is being sent to the correct
    Recipient
    .
    • Select the
      Recipient
      field to select a different recipient.
  8. Enter a
    Subject
    for the message.
  9. Enter a
    Body
    for the message.
  10. Select
    Attach Files
    to select the documents to upload.
  11. Select
    Send
    to generate an access code.
  12. Enter the access code sent to your email address (not required when uploading from the Client Portal).
  13. Select
    Authenticate
    to send the documents to the firm.
