Missing access link in email notification

If the access link
is not visible in an email notification, the problem may be caused by the email domain blocking certain HTML elements.

Some email domains don’t support the inline style of our access link
. They may strip or hide certain email properties for security reasons.

Spectrum email domains are known to show this issue. Some Spectrum-owned domains are:

rr.com

roadrunner.com

spectrum.com

twc.com

Some apps, such as Apple Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird, may also show this issue.

Try accessing the email from a different browser or device.

Try accessing the email from a desktop app like Outlook.

Contact the service provider to find out if there is a way to show these inline access links

If the taxpayer is still unable to view the email, send the item to a different email address hosted by a different server.
