Embedded help guide in the SafeSend Returns client experience

As of August 15, 2022, SafeSend Returns includes an embedded help guide to support clients through each step of their tax engagement experience.
As of August 15, 2022, your clients will be introduced to SafeSend Returns' new embedded help system to help guide them through different actions and support them through their tax engagement experience.
The embedded help guide is a uniquely designed owl called SafeSend Steve. SafeSend Steve serves as the entry point into the embedded help system for your clients.
Clients can use SafeSend Steve to help guide them through the electronic tax return delivery process. The help solutions are available throughout each step of the tax return and can be accessed by selecting the owl icon. If not selected, they will not impact your client's experience.
