Screen share: taxpayer experience

The screen share functionality offers an option to work with your CPA remotely.

  1. Select
    Contact Person
    .
  2. Select
    Share Screen
    .
  3. Enter the
    code
     provided by your tax professional.
  4. Select
    Share
    .
    • Your tax professional then needs to select
      Share
       on their end.
  5. Select a screen to share with your tax professional.
    • Chrome Tab
    • Window
    • Entire Screen (recommended)
  6. Select
    Share.
When you are finished, close your browser window or select
Stop Sharing
.
To share your screen again your tax professional will need to provide you with a new code.
