Turn SafeSend Extensions on or off
Firm administrators can turn on or turn off SafeSend Extensions for all users in the firm through the SafeSend Returns navigation sidebar.
SafeSend Extensions are part of the SafeSend Suite. When turned on, the application becomes available to all users in your firm — you can't limit access to specific users.

Only firm administrators can turn SafeSend Extensions on or off.
To turn SafeSend Extensions on or off:
- In theSafeSend Returnsnavigation sidebar, selectAccount Management, thenMy Company.
- In theCompany Account Detailssection, mark or clear theExtensionscheckbox to turn it on or off.
This checkbox controls whether SafeSend Extensions appear in the SafeSend Returns navigation sidebar.
