Adjust automated reminders

Update the automated reminder settings for a delivered extension in the Extensions Report

The Extensions Report
is only used to manage extensions delivered before January 24, 2026. Manage new extensions in the Returns
dashboard.

After you deliver an extension, you can update its reminder settings.

Follow these steps to adjust automated reminders:

Select Extensions Report
.

Select the Action (...)
menu for the extension you want to edit.

Select Send Reminder
.

Select the Send Voucher Reminder before
dropdown to choose how many days before the due date SafeSend delivers the reminder.

Select the switch for the Voucher reminder
dropdown to turn reminders on or off.

Select Save
to apply your changes.
