CCH Axcess™ organizer print settings for Gather

Configure your CCH Axcess™ organizer print settings to ensure optimal performance with Gather.

Borders on the print of the Organizer will prevent SafeSend from being able to create a Document Request List.
Engagement letters
  • Include engagement letters in your CCH Axcess™ organizer so that they transfer into Gather.
Print options
Batch processing
  • To use batch processing, name organizer file names by
    Name and ID
    :
    <YYYY><US><system letter>
    <Client Name>
    <Organizer>
    <Client ID>
    <V#>
    . For example:
    2015USI Smith, John Organizer ABC123 V1
    .
Questionnaire
  • Use the default questionnaire in CCH Axcess™. Don’t customize it.
Social Security numbers
  • We recommend suppressing Social Security numbers when outputting a CCH Axcess™ organizer.
