Batch processing CSV template
The CSV template lets users upload multiple Gather requests at once.

Don’t make any edits to the CSV template.
Notes for this template:
- Client ID cell form must be “text” to capture the true text.
- The Client ID in the CSV must match the corresponding Client ID in the PDF file name.
- Mobile numbers should be only digits, with no dashes or parentheses.
- Country codes should be only digits, with no symbols or parentheses.
- To prevent Excel from truncating Client IDs, refer to Leading Zeros in CSV Template article.
- There is a size limit of 1 GB for the ZIP file.
