Default download options for organizers

area, and being asked for the proper action each time.How to set the default download behavior
- Go toUser Profile
- SelectMy Settings.
- In theDefault Download Optiondropdown select:
- Download Nowto download directly to your PC every time.
- Download to "My Downloads"to send every download to theMy Downloadsfolder in Organizers.
- Prompt me Every Timeto select for each download if you want to useDownload NoworDownload to "My Downloads".
- SelectSave & Close.

The
My Downloads
area in Organizers lets you collect documents asynchronously while they continue to work. This is useful if downloading a large or many files that will take significant time to complete. With My Downloads, you can continue to work while Organizers assembles the documents in the background.The My Downloads window shows downloads you have initiated. Each download is separated by an icon and a line. From this window, you can:
- Review the filter that was applied when the download was started.
- Get information about the download, which includes:
- Name of the generated ZIP file.
- The date that the ZIP file was created.
- Size of the ZIP file.
- Use the collapse icon to show or hide information about the download.
- Download the zip file immediately to the local computer.
- Delete the download.
Additionally, you can select
Clear All
to remove all downloads from My Downloads
.note
- Files in My Downloads are automatically removed after 30 days.
- If files are still being collected and zipped by Organizers, there will be a spinning circle and you won't be able to download.
