Outlook® My Portal Inbox Grayed Out

To use the plugin, you need to have the
Reading
pane enabled in Outlook and select a message. If the
Reading
pane isn't available or no message is selected, the
My Portal Inbox
will appear grayed out and won't be clickable.
Change your view and select a message to correct the issue.
  1. Select
    View
    in the Outlook® ribbon, then
    Change View
    .
  2. Select
    Compact
    or
    Single
    .
  3. Select
    Home
    in the Outlook® ribbon.
  4. Select
    Inbox
    , then select a message in your Inbox.
  5. Select
    My Portal Inbox
    or
    More
    .
