Resend Access Link

If recipients lose access links, you can resend them from your Sent mailbox or Message History Report by selecting the item and choosing the Resend Link option.
Document recipients may lose or accidentally delete the email that contains their access link. Access links can be resent from your
Sent
mailbox or from the Message History Report.
Sent Mailbox
  1. Go to your
    Sent
    checkbox in the left panel.
  2. Select the checkbox on the side of the item to be resent.
  3. Select the
    Link
    icon to resend the access link.
Message History Report
note
The
Resend Link
option is only available if firm settings let it.
This option is not available for documents that are expired.
  1. Go to
    Message History
    in the left panel.
  2. Select
    Sent Items
    .
  3. Right-click on the line item.
    • The link status needs to be
      Active
      .
  4. Select
    Resend Link to
    .
  5. Select the email address to resend the link.
