Unlock Sent Messages

Learn how to unlock sent messages, requests, or portal items after client authentication failures in Exchange or Outlook.
If a client has failed their authentication multiple times, they get a message that the link has been locked.
You can locate the message in the
Unlock
section. You can then select on any mail there to unlock it. That means the recipient of that mail has access to their link again and they can retry their authentication method.
Unlock Online

  5. Locate the locked client and select
    Unlock
    .
Unlock From Outlook
  1. Open the
    SafeSend Exchange
    plugin in Outlook®.

    The
    Inbox
    displays by default.

  6. Hover over the item to be unlocked.
