View Other Inboxes

Learn how mailbox delegation lets you grant access to inboxes so others can view messages and download files.
You can view another person's inbox as if it were your own. When you open another person's inbox, you can review messages and download files from those messages. To access another person's mailbox, that person needs to first grant you access.
note
  • System administrators can access any person's inbox at any time.
  • The
    Drafts
folder isn't available when you view another person's inbox.
  • Spam messages can be viewed, but they can't be moved or allowlisted.
  • If a user is deleted, their inbox isn't available.
    • If the user is added back with the same email address, the inbox becomes available again with its contents intact.
