Purchase additional returns

Learn how administrators can purchase additional SafeSend returns and what happens when your return balance reaches zero.
You can purchase additional returns from SafeSend. If your balance is low, complete the following steps to add more returns to your account.
note
  • Only Administrators have access to
    Account Management
     to purchase returns.
  • A zero balance won't turn off your account. You can keep delivering returns. Your balance will show negative, then an invoice will follow.
  1. Select the
    Navigation Widget

  2. Select
    Account Management
    .
  3. Select
    Payment History
    .
  4. Select
    Purchase
    .
  5. Enter a
    Quantity
     to purchase.
  6. Select
    Add
    .
  7. Review the purchase summary, then edit the
    Number of Returns
    .
  8. Select
    Next
    .
  9. Review the
    Order Summary
    .
  10. Select
    Pay
    .
  11. Enter payment details.
  12. Select
    Pay
     again.
