The integration must be enabled in UltraTax CS before it is enabled in SafeSend.
If accessing UltraTax CS® from a server, the network administrator may need to complete these actions.
Select
System Configuration. . .

Go to the
SurePrep & SafeSend Integrations
tab.
Mark the
Enable SafeSend Integration
checkbox.
Mark the
Queue electronic files for transmission . . .
checkbox.
This requires the creation of e-files when printing and applies to all clients.
Select
OK
to save any changes.
Only System Admins have access to the
Product Settings
section in SafeSend.
Select the
Navigation Widget
.
Select
Integration Options
.
Switch
UltraTax E-File
on in the
UltraTax E-File
section.
Your firm can automatically release e-file forms in UltraTax CS® as soon as the documents are signed in SafeSend.
SafeSend is not responsible for filing errors or rejections when e-filing is initiated automatically upon signature completion.
Mark the
Automatic Send E-File
checkbox (optional).
