GoSystem Tax RS integration

Print and send eligible GoSystem Tax RS returns directly to SafeSend Returns for streamlined tax return processing.

This article provides instructions for how GoSystem users can print a return directly to SafeSend Returns. Users can also upload returns manually.
note
If single sign-on is enabled, you must also be assigned Admin permissions in User Management to transmit returns via GoSystem.
Turn on SafeSend integration in GoSystem
  1. Select
    Admin
    .
  2. Select
    Firm Configuration
    .
  3. Go to the
    General Options
    tab.
  4. Mark
    Enable SafeSend
    to turn the integration on.
  5. Select
    Update
    to save your settings.
Send to SafeSend
note
The integration currently only supports 1040 and 1120 returns. All other return types will need to be manually uploaded into SafeSend Returns.
Print and send
:
  1. Select
    Print
    .
  2. Select
    Taxpayer
    for
    Copy Types
    .
  3. e-File Attachments
    will be selected by default. There is a 32 MB file size limit.

    Upload attachments via SafeSend.
  4. Select
    Send to SafeSend.
  5. A sign in prompt will appear; enter SafeSend Credentials.
  6. Select
    Login
    .
Create a PDF and send
:
Return can also be sent to SafeSend after you have created the PDF.
  1. Select
    Create PDF
    for the print option.
  2. Select the
    Open
    icon.

    This will open a PDF preview of the return.
  3. Once ready, select
    Send to SafeSend
    .
  4. A sign in prompt will appear; enter SafeSend Credentials.
  5. Select
    Login
    .
Confirm
Once a return has been successfully sent to SafeSend Returns, the status will update.
