Advanced single sign-on options

Control SafeSend Suite single sign-on access by Azure AD groups, SSR user list, or tenant ID for existing and new users.

Existing SafeSend Suite User Profile
No SafeSend Suite User Profile
Azure AD Groups
  • Limited to users in the specified Azure AD groups.
  • The user can sign in to the SafeSend Suite and keeps all roles and permissions.
  • The user can sign in and will be automatically added to the SafeSend Suite as a Staff user.
SSR Users List
  • Limited to users with an existing SafeSend Suite user profile. The firm admin must approve all others.
  • The user can sign in to the SafeSend Suite and keeps all roles and permissions.
  • The user is denied access.
  • A request is sent to the SafeSend Suite firm administrator.
  • Upon approval, the user will be automatically added to the SafeSend Suite as a Staff user.
Azure Tenant ID
  • Available to all users in the organization with the same Tenant ID.
  • The user can sign in to the SafeSend Suite and keeps all roles and permissions.
  • The user can sign in and will be automatically added to the SafeSend Suite as a Staff user.
