Create and manage Document Request List (DRL) templates for different client types. DRL templates can be used instead of the document request list generated by uploading an organizer.
Overview
In the
DRL Template
section of
Settings
, you can create multiple Document Request List templates for different client types. These templates contain predefined questions or document requests that can replace the AI-generated document request list.

Only System Administrators have access to the
Settings
section.

You can create a maximum of 20 DRL templates.

Templates are pulled from
Settings
DRL Template
. These templates can be used instead of the AI-generated document request list.
Access Templates
Access the DRL templates from the Settings section.
Select
Settings
in the left panel.
Select
DRL Template
.
Templates Dashboard
The Templates Dashboard lets you search for templates, edit existing templates, or create a new template from scratch.
Type in the
Search
bar to search for existing templates.
Select the
More
menu to open the existing template options.
Select
Edit
to open the template.
Select
Rename
to change the template name that appears to internal users.
Select
Duplicate
to create a copy of the template.
Select
Delete
to delete the existing template.
Select the
Filter
icon to filter templates by type, such as
Individual
or
Entity
.
Select
Create New Template
to build a template from scratch.
Add Template
Create a new DRL template by adding the template details and selecting the engagement category.

Edit an existing DRL template by opening the template and adding documents to it.

menu to open the existing template options.

to add more documents.

to save the template.
Apply Template
Apply a DRL template from the
Request Documents
section during processing. After you select a template, you can remove document requests you don’t need or manually add new document types before saving your changes.
