Set access
You can restrict access on any return to the people of your choice. Administrators can select a default for this feature by going to
Settings
, then
Security
.
Mark the checkbox next to the taxpayer's name.

You can edit the assigned office location for multiple returns at once.

You can only view returns assigned to

If the location changes to a location you can't access, you can't view those returns.

for the returns so they match the new office location.
Updating the office location here also updates the
Client Management
record.
