Change or reset the password

The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 5.x. Refer to the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.
Password policies
  • Requires at least 6 characters.
  • Requires a number between 0-9.
  • Requires at least 1 lowercase and uppercase character.
  • Requires a special character.
Change Password in the Online Portal
  1. Sign in to your online account or you can select
    TicTie Calculate
     in Adobe Acrobat, then
    Manage Account
     to open your online account.
  2. Select
    My Profile
    .
  3. Select
    Change Password
    .
  4. Enter your old password.
  5. Enter your new password and then verify it.
  6. Select
    Submit
    .
Request Password Reset Link
If you can't sign in to change your password, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the sign-in page for your online account
  2. Select
    Forgot Password?
    .
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Select
    Reset Password.
  5. This sends a link to your email address.
    note
    The email is from noreply@tictiecalculate.com. If you can't find it, check your junk/spam folder.
  6. Select the
    Reset Your TicTie Calculate Password
     link in your email. This directs you to a page to set up a new password.
  7. Enter your new password.
  8. Select
    Submit
    .
You'll be re-directed to the online account sign in page.
Send another user a password reset.
A manager on the account can send the user a password reset email.
  1. Sign is as a manager.
  2. Select
    Reset Password
     for the user.
  3. Select
    OK
    .
The reset password option is only available to users who have completed the account setup through their activation email.
