Delivered Dashboard

The Delivered dashboard displays documents that have been delivered to the client but haven’t yet been archived, and provides options for refreshing, filtering, exporting, and reviewing report details.
The
Delivered
dashboard includes several options for managing and reviewing delivered documents. This reporting section displays all documents that have been delivered to the client but haven’t been archived.

Refresh

Select the
Refresh
icon to refresh the page. This is helpful if you have made adjustments and don’t refer to those reflected in real time.

Column Options

The column display can be edited to suit your needs.
  1. Select the
    Column Options
    button.
  2. Select the column names to show or hide.
    • The
      Recipients
      column can't be removed.
  3. Drag and drop the columns to reorder them.
  4. Select
    OK
    to save your changes.

Filter Options

You can apply, save, and clear filters. Filters are searches that can be saved for quick access.
Type into the column headers or select an option from a column header drop-down menu to filter documents.
Select the arrows at the top of a column to sort in ascending or descending order.

The tax year filter is automatically applied to show the current year.
  • Apply recent filter
    : Updates the report to the last filter used.
  • Save Current Filter
    : Saves commonly used filters for future use.
  • Clear Filter
    : Removes all filters currently applied to the report.
  • Saved Filters
    :
    • Select a saved filter to apply it to the
      Delivered Report
      , set it as the default view, or delete it.

Export to Excel

  1. Select the
    Export to Excel
    icon to export the items currently displayed on the
    Delivered Report
    .
  2. An Excel file containing all displayed rows and columns is created and downloaded.

Additional Report Options

You can select certain areas of the
Delivered
report to view additional information. Any blue text can be selected, as well as any link icon displayed in the report.

Blue Text

  1. Select a
    Recipient
    email address.
  2. Review
    Recipient Details
    , including who has and hasn’t signed.
  3. Select the pencil icon to
    Edit
    the recipient email address. This option is available only if the client hasn’t signed.
  4. Select
    Save
    to confirm your changes.

Link Icon

Use the link icon to view a list of names, client IDs, and email addresses associated with the return in the Client Portal. This option can also display items outside of returns, such as Extensions or Organizers.
  1. Select the
    Link
    icon next to the client's name.
  2. Review the
    Connections
    information.
