Exchange Documents Securely
The Exchange feature lets you securely send documents to a client. The authentication options are limited to access codes, but this tool offers a quick and easy way to send documents to a client from Adobe.

- The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 6.x. Refer to the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.
- This feature is only available for firms in the Preferred and Premium tiers of SafeSend. You need to have permissions to use TicTie Calculate and Exchange to utilize this feature.
- The client experience is the same as it is for other Exchange items.
- Select TicTie CalculateTools, thenSend via Secure Message.
- Enter one or moreRecipient Emailaddresses and selectNext.
- Enter a messageSubject.
- Enter aMessagefor the recipients and selectNext.
- Select aRetention Periodfor the document.
- SelectSend.
The
Status
window displays the progress of the message delivery.
