Exchange Documents Securely

The Exchange feature lets you securely send documents to a client. The authentication options are limited to access codes, but this tool offers a quick and easy way to send documents to a client from Adobe.

  • The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 6.x. Refer to the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.
  • This feature is only available for firms in the Preferred and Premium tiers of SafeSend. You need to have permissions to use TicTie Calculate and Exchange to utilize this feature.
  • The client experience is the same as it is for other Exchange items.
  1. Select TicTie Calculate
    Tools

    Send via Secure Message
    .
  2. Enter one or more
    Recipient Email
    addresses and select
    Next
    .
  3. Enter a message
    Subject
    .
  4. Enter a
    Message
    for the recipients and select
    Next
    .
  5. Select a
    Retention Period
    for the document.
  6. Select
    Send
    .
The
Status
window displays the progress of the message delivery.
