Your online account for TicTie Calculate is used to manage your paid licenses, account settings, and create bookmark templates. You can sign in to the portal 1 of 2 ways:
  1. Sign in to your online account or you can select
    TicTie Calculate
    in Adobe Acrobat, then
    Manage Account
    to open your online account.
  2. The side navigation panel will have 4 sections to choose from:
    1. Account
    2. Users
    3. My Profile
    4. Support

Account Information
Select
Modify
to edit account information.

Account Settings
Select the checkbox next to each setting to turn it on or off.
Settings
Description
Only managers can edit bookmark templates
This lets users add or edit bookmark templates only if they have the manager user rights.
Enforce page sign-off order
This enforces that the sign-off occurs in order when the Sign-Off Pages feature is used.
Bookmark Templates
You can create and edit your bookmark templates.
Custom Symbol Settings
You can upload an image file to add a custom symbol available to all users. You can also delete added images at any time.
Add
  1. Select
    Add

  2. Drag and drop an image file or open a file browser.
Delete
Select the name of the image file to remove, then
Delete
.
Users
You can add, modify, and delete users.

  • Every Seat added uses 1 paid license. The user needs to turn on their account and creates their own sign in credentials. Refer to the Install and Activate TicTie Calculate article for more information on this process.
  • License Seats Allocated
    shows how many licenses are being used.
Add User
Follow these steps to add a new user.
  1. Select
    Users
    in the side panel.
  2. Select
    Add User
    .
  3. Enter the user's
    Email
    ,
    First Name
    , and
    Last Name
    .
  4. Select the user's
    Rights
    .
    • User
      : The user would have access to the plugin, but can't edit users or settings.
    • Manager
      : The user would have access to the plugin and can edit users and settings.
  5. Select
    Save
    .
Import From File
Use the CSV template to create the file to upload data.
note
To avoid issues with the upload, don't change any of the column headers.
  1. Select
    Import Users From File
    .
  2. Drag and drop or select to upload a file.
  3. Select
    Import
    .
Edit or delete
  1. Select
    Modify
    to edit the user details.
    note
    You can't edit the
    Email
    field. To change the user's email, delete them and then add them again.
  2. Select
    Delete
    to remove the user.
Reset Password
A manager on the account can send the user a password reset email.
  1. Select
    Reset Password
    for the user.
  2. Select
    OK
    .
The reset password option is only available to users who have completed account setup through their activation email.
My Profile
Your Information
You can view your information and change your password.

If you need to change your
Email
, a manager with user rights needs to delete your profile, and then add you again.
Change Password
  1. Select
    Change Password

  2. Enter your old password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Select
    Submit
    .

If you are unable to sign in to change your password, you can reset your password by selecting
Forgot Password?

Select the correct link for your Adobe version to install the files.
