The SafeSend portion of TicTie Calculate lets managers add or edit bookmark templates and update account settings. Once you have permission to use TicTie Calculate, you can access the online portion from your SafeSend dashboard.
Bookmarks
You can create custom bookmark templates or edit existing templates.
Create a new template
  1. Select
    Bookmarks
     in the side panel.
  2. Select
    Add Template
    .
  3. Enter a
    Template Name
    .
  4. Select
    Child Bookmark
    .
  5. Enter a
    Bookmark Name
     to rename it.
  6. Select the
    Allow Custom Name
     checkbox to let end users edit the name during bookmark placement (optional).
  7. Use the
    Bookmark Tools
     bar to add, delete, move, indent, expand, or collapse bookmarks.
  8. Under the currently selected bookmark, select
    Add
     to create a child bookmark called
    New Bookmark
    .
  9. Select
    Save
     once the template is completed.
This adds the template to your list of templates, and you can find them in the TicTie Calculate tool in Adobe®.
Existing template options
  1. Select
    Edit
     to change the template as outlined previously.
  2. Select
    Delete
     to remove the template.
  3. Select
    Duplicate
     to duplicate the Bookmark Template. It appears as a new line item in the
    Bookmark Template
     list.
Custom Symbols
You can upload an image file to add a custom symbol that is available to all users. You can also delete images at any time.
Add
  1. Select
    Custom Symbols
     in the side panel.
  2. Select
    Upload
    .
  3. Enter a
    Custom Symbol Name
    .
  4. Drag and drop a supported file type or select
    Choose File
    .
  5. Select
    Save
    .
Edit
  1. Select
    Preview
     to find the custom symbol image.
  2. Select
    Delete
     to remove the custom symbol.
  3. You can also select the custom symbols you want to delete and then select the
    Trash
     icon.
Settings
  1. Select
    Settings
     in the side panel.
  2. Select the checkbox to enforce that the sign-off occurs in order when you use the
    Sign-Off Pages
     feature.
