Building your own bookmarking template

You can build your own bookmarking template from your online account.
note
  • The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 5.x. Use the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.
  • For version 6.x bookmark template options, use Suite Account Version 6.x.

Create a new template

  1. Sign in to your TicTie Calculate account.
  2. Select
    Account
     in the side panel.
  3. Go to the
    Bookmark Templates
     section, and select
    Create
     to open the template creator.
  4. Enter a template name in the
    Template Name
     field.
  5. Select 1 of the bookmark names.
  6. Enter a bookmark name in the
    Bookmark Name
     field.
  7. Select the
    Allow Custom Name
     checkbox to let end users edit the name during bookmark placement (optional).
  8. Use the
    Bookmark Tools
     bar to add, delete, move, indent, expand, or collapse bookmarks.
  9. Select
    Add
     to create a child bookmark called
    New Bookmark
     under the currently selected bookmark.
  10. Select
    Save
     once the template is complete. You can now find your list of templates in the TicTie Calculate tool in Adobe Acrobat.

Existing template options

  1. Sign in to your TicTie Calculate account.
  2. Select
    Account
     in the side panel.
  3. Go to the
    Bookmark Templates
     section, and select
    Modify
     to change the template as outlined previously.
  4. Select
    Delete
     to permanently remove the template.
  5. Select
    Duplicate
     to duplicate the Bookmark Template so it appears as a new line item in the Bookmark Template list.
  6. Select
    Add Default
     to make the selected template the default option.

Import

You can import bookmark templates that were created for the legacy version of TicTie Calculate.
  1. Sign in to your TicTie Calculate account.
  2. Select
    Account
     in the left panel.
  3. Go to the
    Bookmark Templates
     section, and select
    Import
     to upload your template.
  4. Select a file, or drag and drop a legacy bookmark template to upload.

    If you have custom templates from the legacy version, they are saved to your PC here:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\cPaperless\TTC\Bookmark Templates
    .
