Building your own bookmarking template
You can build your own bookmarking template from your online account.
note
- The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 5.x. Use the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.
- For version 6.x bookmark template options, use Suite Account Version 6.x.
Create a new template
- Sign in to your TicTie Calculate account.
- SelectAccountin the side panel.
- Go to theBookmark Templatessection, and selectCreateto open the template creator.
- Enter a template name in theTemplate Namefield.
- Select 1 of the bookmark names.
- Enter a bookmark name in theBookmark Namefield.
- Select theAllow Custom Namecheckbox to let end users edit the name during bookmark placement (optional).
- Use theBookmark Toolsbar to add, delete, move, indent, expand, or collapse bookmarks.
- SelectAddto create a child bookmark calledNew Bookmarkunder the currently selected bookmark.
- SelectSaveonce the template is complete. You can now find your list of templates in the TicTie Calculate tool in Adobe Acrobat.
Existing template options
- Sign in to your TicTie Calculate account.
- SelectAccountin the side panel.
- Go to theBookmark Templatessection, and selectModifyto change the template as outlined previously.
- SelectDeleteto permanently remove the template.
- SelectDuplicateto duplicate the Bookmark Template so it appears as a new line item in the Bookmark Template list.
- SelectAdd Defaultto make the selected template the default option.
Import
You can import bookmark templates that were created for the legacy version of TicTie Calculate.
- Sign in to your TicTie Calculate account.
- SelectAccountin the left panel.
- Go to theBookmark Templatessection, and selectImportto upload your template.
- Select a file, or drag and drop a legacy bookmark template to upload.noteIf you have custom templates from the legacy version, they are saved to your PC here:C:\Program Files (x86)\cPaperless\TTC\Bookmark Templates.
