Exchange Documents Securely
The Secure File Transfer feature lets you securely send documents to a client. The authentication options are limited to access codes, but this tool offers a quick and easy way to send documents to a client from Adobe.

- The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 6.x. Refer to the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.
- This feature is only available for firms in the Preferred and Premium tiers of SafeSend. You need to have permissions to use TicTie Calculate and Secure File Transfer to utilize this feature.
- The client experience is the same as it is for other Secure File Transfer items.
- Select TicTie CalculateTools, thenSend via Secure Message.
- Enter one or moreRecipient Emailaddresses and selectNext.
- Enter a messageSubject.
- Enter aMessagefor the recipients and selectNext.
- Select aRetention Periodfor the document.
- SelectSend.
The
Status
window displays the progress of the message delivery.
