Sign-Off Pages and Review Sign-Offs

With the
Sign-Off Pages
tool, you can quickly and easily stamp a page as:- PREPARED.
- REVIEWED 1.
- REVIEWED 2.
The
Review Sign-Offs
tool displays an easy-to-find window showing all sign-off progress that has been made.Your Author Stamp
Before you flag a page as signed‐off, make sure your name is correct in your online account for TicTie Calculate.
Signing‐off a Page
- SelectSign-Off Pagesin the TicTie Calculate toolbar.
- This displays the sign-off options. These gray options appear on each page of the PDF.
- Select one of the 3 options to mark the page as signed-off:
- PREPARED
- REVIEWED 1
- REVIEWED 2
- If the optionEnforce Page Sign-Off ordersetting is selected in your online account, the page will need to be signed off in order (Prepared, Reviewed 1, then Reviewed 2).
- When selected, the sign-off is only applied to that page and the color changes from gray to the designated reviewer-level color.
Using the Review Sign-Offs Tool
Select the
Review Sign-Offs
option in the TicTie Calculate toolbar.This tool opens the
Sign-Offs
window. It displays every page in the PDF file and every sign‐off by the user, including a date and time stamp.- TheSign-Offswindow lets you:
- View all pages in the PDF file.
- View all the bookmark names for each page.
- View the Notes for all pages that include a Sticky Note.
- View the sign‐off status for each page in the PDF file.
- Filter by changes made since the last time the document was viewed.
- Filter by changes made after a specific date.
- Show only the selected highlighted selections.
Delete/Remove Sign-Off
- Right-click the sign-off display.
- Select to remove the sign-off or all sign-offs.
- To remove the sign-off display completely, remove all sign-offs as outlined previously, then select theSign-Off Pagesoption in the TicTie Calculate toolbar.
