Save As
: The
Save As
 window lets you select the TicTie Calculation annotations to delete from the PDF.
Insert Pages
: This lets you select a file on your PC to move into the current PDF. You can select where to place the pages in the PDF.
Delete Pages
: This option lets you select the pages of the PDF to delete.
OCR Text
: This is the electronic conversion of scanned and photographed images into computer-readable text. Once you apply OCR to an image, it converts as much of the readable text as possible into editable text.
Reduce File Size
: A PDF with many pages and images can be fairly large and may cause problems or delays when uploading to other programs or emailing. This reduces the file size of the PDF.
Header and Footer
: This lets you create and apply headers and footers to the PDF.
Watermark
: This feature lets you create and apply watermarks to the PDF.
Document Properties
: This lets you view and adjust the settings of the PDF.
Acrobat® Preferences
