SafeSend operates within a web browser on both the user and taxpayer side. Keeping your browser clean and up to date is best practice.
If you are experiencing loading issues, display issues, or undefined errors, clearing your browser cache generally resolves this. Make sure you are also using a modern, up-to-date browser.
