Integration of SMART Practice Aids with Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager is a separately licensed product found at www.engagementmanager.thomsonreuters.com. For Engagement Manager integration, select
Yes
 to the external engagement management software question and
Engagement Manager
 from the drop-down menu on the
Create Client Engagement
 screen.
Click
Link Engagements
. The
PPC's SMART Practice Aids - Engagement Manager Login
 window box is displayed.
Enter the
User Name
 and
Password
. Click
Log In
 to link the engagement to
Engagement Manager
.
Linking Smart Practice Aids to Engagement Manager from the Tools Tab
Open a client engagement.
  1. Go to
    Tools
     menu. Select
    Link to Engagement Manager
    .
  2. Enter your Engagement Manager
    Login
     information.
  3. Select the Engagement Manager client to link. Click
    Next
    .
  4. Select the engagement to link. Click
    Link
    .
