Finalize an engagement

Finalize an engagement to put it in read-only mode and prevent others from making changes.

Make sure you've saved your engagement before you finalize it.

Open the engagement you want to finalize.

Select File
, then Finalize
.

Select Yes
to confirm.

You can check the status of an engagement when you select Open Client Engagement
or Open Master Engagement
.

If you want to make edits to a finalized engagement that is read-only:

Open the finalized engagement.

Select File
, then Reset to In-Progress
