Delete transfer files

To delete a file created with the Transfer Engagement tool:

Select Tools
, then select Wrap-up
.

Select Delete Transfer Files
, then browse to the folder that contains the file you want to delete.

Select the checkboxes for the transfer files you want to delete.

Select Delete
