Manage award clusters

SMART Practice Aids - Single Audit automatically groups awards into clusters in Part 5 of the Compliance Supplement. You can create new clusters or edit existing clusters to include or exclude specific programs.
To manage clusters:
  1. From the
    Edit
     menu, select
    Maintain Clusters
    .
    The Cluster Table is displayed in the Cluster Management window.
  2. Use the Cluster Table to drag and drop an award program from one cluster to another, if necessary. A red flag will appear next to a program that was dragged to another cluster.
  3. Select the flag to open the Reset Program window.
  4. To remove the flag and return the award program to its original cluster, select
    Reset
    , then
    Yes
    .
  5. Select
    Edit Clusters
    in the Cluster Management window to add a new cluster or make changes to existing clusters.
