Known issues

Element display in 6.29 platform
There is a known issues when elements are set to
Never
, the report still shows the element.
Caution when deleting original elements
Exercise caution when deleting original elements, such as paragraphs and tables, reflected from the parent/root template. Avoid changing existing column IDs.
If original elements are deleted, they can't be restored without re-implementing them using backup files. This deletion also prevents updates to the elements, hindering template upgrades and synchronization with the latest draft template. Additionally, functions like
Revert to Template
or
Compare with Template
become unavailable because deleted elements have different IDs from the draft/parent template, making comparison impossible.
Keep this in mind, especially when customization is required. Alternatively, create a copy of the original element for customization and set the unwanted original element to
Never
, instead of deleting it.
Renaming columns in grids
When you want to rename columns in grids, use the
Column
Rename
feature. Don't change their existing IDs, as this will result in the loss of current data and any links to it.
