We applied the same condition to all column settings, using "Non-zero" instead of "Always." We changed the setting for total rows to "As Required." We reviewed the header rows of the tables to minimize their use, opting for section headers instead. However, in scenarios where we cannot avoid using header rows, we set them with the "Always" display setting. |
2202742 | The Note Numbering Type variable adjustment throughout the report | We changed the Note Numbering Type variable from "NumberingTypeNoteLevelx" to just "x" to simplify the numbering. We removed "NumberingTypeNoteLevel" and kept only the number in all folders of the report. However, this update did not work for some folders. When we removed "NumberingTypeNoteLevel" in the variable tab, the header numbering unexpectedly changed from (i), (ii) to (A), (B). Therefore, we decided to keep "NumberingTypeNoteLevel" as it is for those specific folders. |
2315782 | Removal of the repeated variables in headers. | We identified and removed old variables in the header element of the annual report that were overtaking the root variables. This change ensures that all controls are driven through the root variables. We also found multiple locations that required XML removal due to old conditions and XML that are no longer applicable. We removed all the variables in these headers, except for the "ShowContinuedWording" variable in the "Contents" page header. This variable needs to overwrite the continue function because the "mobilecontents-page='true'" setting interferes with the page counts. |
2470197 | Adjustment to Extra1 and Extra 2 column exceptions | Added 'Extra 1' and 'Extra 2' columns to the tables with a 'Reconciliation' section at the end. These updates were made in the following notes: SOCIE, Lease, PP&E, Intangible, Goodwill, Investment Properties, and Provision. Additionally, to address the out-of-balance issue, we need to add specific categories in 'Categories' and link them to the related 'Extra 1' and 'Extra 2' columns. The required categories are as follows:

Report elements set to Never are not working, they are still showing up in both Preview and Design modes when viewing the notes individually. However, Report elements set to Never are working correctly as usual when viewing in the full report. |
2 | There is a character limitation in grid column heading i.e., grid headers can take up to 60 characters only. Previously all column headers have been linked to the grid column. However, if the column header will exceed more than 60 characters, in such cases please remove the link on header to the grid column and input the complete heading manually. |

1 | An existing error occurs when exporting Notes to the financial statements to Excel. The manual table under "Corporate and Group Information > Information about Subsidiaries" causes this issue. The appearance of the table prevents modification of the XML. However, if you adjust the XML as follows, you can export it to Excel:

2 | The manual table in note 2.3, since each description contains reference number at the end, there is a limitation that it is not able to edit in "Edit table". If users would like to edit the description, it will be required to do in XML. |
3 | We moved the following categories to the NLUC storage location because they are no longer valid:
We plan to delete the NLUC storage location folder for FY22 when we prepare the content in 2024 or 2025. |
4 | While doing PTW got an error related to Unable to load the report because, all the elements are set to be Conditional. So, to resolve this changed Display > Conditional to Display > Always for Cover page, Contents, Statement of profit or loss and Statement of financial position. |
