Item ID | Title | Details and limitations |
|---|---|---|
2768181 | Review and remove previous versions of unused categories in the template | We reviewed the older versions of no longer used categories (NLUCs) within Categories of the template. No previous NLUCs were created for this template, so deleting old versions was unnecessary. |
2768182 | Category-level update of the Disclosure Emphasis on Removing Outdated Content in the NLUCs | We reviewed old NLUCs and updated them with the new naming format. Since there were no old NLUCs, we created a new NLUC level and a new Content Retention Categories level. We created the category: NLUC - No longer used categories - NLUC.FY25 - Pre 2025 [to be reviewed for deletion YE 2030]. No content elements from the template were removed or no longer used for this release. We created a new Content Retention folder tree-level within the template for Disclosure for Removal of Data to be Reviewed . |
2768184 | Adjustments to the wording of Disclosure Emphasis on Removing Outdated Content | We found no existing Content Retention folders in the template, so we didn't need to change their naming format. Since no data elements need to be moved to the NLUC, we created 1 tree-level folder at the bottom of the Annual Report section. This is to implement the Disclosure on Removing Outdated Content . We created respective styles in the Edit Style options for the Content Retention folder in the template. |

Additional information
To preserve dated content, we created additional folders at the bottom of each folder level within the annual report and category structure. Please review these elements and duplicate any you wish to keep.
We replaced hyphens (-) with zeros (0) in edit style number settings. This change improves data parsing clarity and reliability in automated systems. This will reduce potential financial reporting errors during
MCA XBRL Validation
tool validation.
Known issues
- This template's illustrative model content doesn’t include all available taxonomy concepts. Users should create and tag any additional content needed to produce a valid XBRL file.
- The XBRL instance document cleared MCA validation errors by replacing incorrect values with 0 instead of correcting them. This cleared all validation errors from calculation relationships between tagged values in the XBRL instance document. Source and clear value errors from entity-specific values when you use this template.
- Source and clear pre-scrutiny errors from entity-specific values from your use of the template.
- Platform 6.29.9459 has a known issue: report elements set toNever displaystill appear when viewing the parent folder in isolation usingDesign,Preview, orEdit XBRL mode.
- Grid column headings have a 60-character limit.
- We are not changing the display conditions of sections fromAlwaystoConditionalor totals fromAlwaystoAs Requiredin XBRL templates. This is because it might cause an XBRL validation error, which could require constant changes. We suggest you apply your conditional display choices within your entity.
