Overview
There is no legislative update in this release, however the financial year is rolling forward to year end March 2026.
The key update in this release is to include the optional statement changes in equity table with lines as this was requested by our client and the addition of a smart editor function to the board of director’s manual table.
This version is on platforms 6.28.9259, 6.29.9459, 6.30.9574, 6.31.9627, 6.32.9713, 6.33.9810 and 6.34.9900.

Until the previous version, the manual table only has the smart editor in the whole table level not each of the cells, therefore this additional function will allow users to edit the text through the smart editor. As a default, the manual table display is set to Never, please change the display setting if users wish to use this table.  |
5021106 | Ensured the full snippets is available on the Web OAP | In the previous version 17.0, some of the snippets were missing in the sanity entity in our test environment, therefore revisited the sanity entity in the web test environment to ensure it contains full snippets. *Please note that this bug did not affect to the web version for all three tenants in the previous release. |

An optional SOCIE table with line has been added to each of the period’s folders for both E1 and E2 then set display never. Disclosing the SOCIE table with lines are not mandated in JGAAP hence this tables are optional use only. Please seek advice from their local expert if users wish to use this table set. The financial year has been updated to Year-End March 2026. Japanese year for Current period is Reiwa 8 and the company year is 38th. All the respective variables have been updated throughout the report.

2 | Related to ID 2493634 “Built optional hybrid manual table for balance sheet and statement of profit or loss”, for users wishing to export to Excel or Word documents, there is a known issue that some of the outer lines are missing once the manual tables are exported. Once this issue is resolved, it will be notified in the release notes. |
3 | ID 226115 – There is a known issue with BS and PL in manual tables. When these tables are exported to Word or Excel documents, the outer line is missing. Unfortunately, this is one of the system limitations; therefore, the only workaround is to add the outer line manually in the exported document. |

The ID is used to link the grid to the table, therefore changing ID will cause data loss and broken linking. |
