Overview
This release of Vietnam Corporate Template Content version 11.0 includes a feature update and corrections. The version rolls forward the financial year of the template to December 2024 without any legislation updates.
This release includes major enhancements. We added BS.EQ.NCI.OPENBAL and BS.EQ.NCI.MOVEMENTS to the BS.EQ.NCI category and added BS.EQ.NCI.MOVEMENTS.PROFIT as a subcategory of BS.EQ.NCI.MOVEMENTS.We also created a new category bracket called PL.ATT. You can find more details in the Features section.

Adjusted the widths in the statement of profit or loss
We added 'ValueColumnWidth' and 'NoteColumnWidth' variables to the statement of profit or loss. These variables adjust the note and value column widths to ensure all table values fit the model content.

Adjusted the non-controlling interests category
We created BS.EQ.NCI.OPENBAL and BS.EQ.NCI.MOVEMENTS within BS.EQ.NCI, and added BS.EQ.NCI.MOVEMENTS.PROFIT as a subcategory of BS.EQ.NCI.MOVEMENTS. We also moved the PL and PL.NCI categories into a newly added folder called PL.ATT. There is no impact on category mapping throughout the report after these adjustments.

Known issues

  • The
    Translate to English
     button disappears when you change the language format to English in Web OAP. We'll update you via release notes once we resolve this issue.
  • We've identified a system limitation related to ID 2021954 [Ensure non-zero values apply to all sections and columns]. This affects tables with only one section preceding the total row. In these cases, the system automatically sets the total row display to
    AsRequired
     and grays it out.
    To display the total row:
    1. Check if your table has only 1 section preceding the total row.
    2. If so, manually change the display setting to "Always" for the total row.
  • Grid column headings have a 60-character limit. Feature update ID 1937486 [Addition of dynamic column headers for the non-standard tables so that the table column headers will link up to the grid column heading names] links all column headers to the grid column. For headers exceeding 60 characters, remove the link to the grid column and type the header manually.
  • This release pack includes the upgraded OAP file version 6.29.9459. If you update to the 6.29 platform, we are aware of a known issue: reports still display elements even when set to
    Never
     display.

Additional information

Exporting Word documents
You may experience misalignment issues when exporting to Word documents in Web OAP. If you encounter this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Change the language format from
    vi-VN
     to
    en-GB
     in
    Regional Settings
    .
  2. Close and reopen the entity to refresh the report.
  3. Export the document to Word.
We're working on resolving this issue and will notify you through future release notes when it's fixed.

This change only affects Excel exports. The template retains the original default setting "VND" and number style.
ID 2230692
Extra 1
 and
Extra 2
 columns appear in some tables with reconciliation rows. Don't change the ID of these columns when using them. The system uses this ID to link the grid to the table. ID changes will cause data loss and disrupt linking. This information relates to ID 2230692 "Adjustment to Extra 1 and Extra 2 column exceptions" mentioned in the Correction section.
