Legislative updates to the Illustrative Model Content for Year End December 2024 to remain compliant until 30.06.2025
We don't expect any changes in the format and position of the Balance Sheet and P&L requirements. You need to check the notes and management report. The requirements for the notes mainly relate to the conversion of the minimum tax EU guideline to the German commercial and tax code. Depending on political developments, there could also be effects on the management report.
Early adoption available for these accounting standards
There are no new rules in HGB (local GAAP), but you should check for the adoption of new or updated standards, which we don't expect before the year-end.
